CENTRIFUGAL SPIN DRYER BASKETS
John P. Smith fabricates durable wire mesh or perforated carbon or stainless steel baskets for all standard dryers. Frames are welded on both sides for long lasting rugged use. Baskets can be ordered with hoist handles, additional vertical ribs, or fine mesh liners. Refer to pricing below for 12 x 12 and 18 x 18 Ford New Holland, Desco/Autotech and Nobles baskets. Ford New Holland Frame Specifications:
12 x 12 basket - 3/8" rod - top, sandwiched bottom, eight vertical supports with 1" legs, swing handle with counterbalance, two bottom side supports. 5/16" square bar drive support. 18 x 18 basket- 3/8" rod - top, sandwiched bottom, sixteen vertical supports with 1" legs, 1/2 swing handle with counterbalance. ½" rod - bottom perimeter, two bottom side supports, ½"square bar drive support Mesh: 4, 8, and 10 meshes are welded to top perimeter. 16 mesh is u-edged at top perimeter
